How Can I Speak to a Patient Advocate?

Our Patient Advocates are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

You can reach the Patient Advocacy hot line at 203-503-3211 to speak directly with a Patient Advocate. They are here to listen to your needs and concerns and will do their best to assist you. If you leave a voicemail, a Patient Advocate will return your call by the next business day.

Where Can I Find the Patient Advocacy Department?

Our Advocates are located at our two largest sites, 400 Columbus Avenue and 150 Sargent Drive, New Haven making it easy for you to access the assistance you need.
