CS-HHC Announces Expanded Role of Andrea Lobo as Chief Administrative Officer to Strengthen Community Health Leadership

April 1, 2026

Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center (CS-HHC) is pleased to announce that Andrea Lobo will be stepping into an expanded role as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). In this position, Lobo will continue to oversee Human Resources while assuming additional responsibilities supporting the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team in advancing strategic initiatives, marketing, and community relations.

Lobo first joined CS-HHC in 2001 as Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer in 2010. For more than 15 years, she has served the organization by providing guidance and leadership in workforce development and employee engagement as well as helping to improve organizational culture. Beyond her responsibilities overseeing Human Resources operations, Lobo has also played a critical role as a trusted advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between the organization’s leadership team, board of directors, staff, and the community.

In her new role as Chief Administrative Officer, Lobo will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to support organizational strategy, strengthen community partnerships, and help advance the mission and strategic goals of the organization through coordinated administrative leadership, communications, and outreach.

“Lobo has long been a key partner in helping guide our organization’s growth and impact,” said Michael Taylor, Chief Executive Officer. “This new role formally recognizes the leadership she has already been providing for many years. Her ability to connect our staff, leadership team, and community partners makes her uniquely suited for this expanded role.”

As Chief Administrative Officer, Lobo will continue to lead Human Resources while also supporting executive initiatives, organizational communications, and strategic collaborations that continue to strengthen the organization’s presence and partnerships within the community.

“CS-HHC is deeply committed to the communities we serve,” said Lobo. “I am honored to continue supporting our incredible staff and leadership team while working to sustain and strengthen our relationships with community partners, advancing the organization’s mission, and delivering better health services and outcomes for the community.”
